Last year October, dressed in their best attire, the avanttic team exhibited sheer pride and confidence as it received yet another recognition at the Oracle Excellence Awards. Adding a feather to their cap, the company bagged the award for being the best worldwide partner in the Platform as a Service (PaaS) category. Despite having received numerous accolades for its efforts in recent years (5 national awards and another 5 in EMEA), assisting customers in transferring their workloads to the cloud, avanttic is not resting on its laurels. The client was planning to introduce a system that would change the principal means of communicating with citizens. avanttic successfully implemented, trained and integrated the chatbot capability of Oracle Mobile Cloud, allowing citizens to communicate with the council better with shortened waiting times and reduced costs in the call center. This project was awarded in San Francisco with an Oracle Excellence Award in 2018 (in the Application Development Digital Assistant category).

An important objective for avanttic in 2019 is to continue expanding internationally. The company also joined the ‘RED Expert Alliance’ (REAL), a collaboration network between expert Oracle partners formed by companies from nine different countries.
